Quality and Sizing

All DevilMan shirts are made of 100% cotton grown in the USA, unless otherwise indicated. The printing is done in California. All shirts are preshrunk, although you should still expect some shrinkage. Shirts should be washed in warm water and can be dried on low. Do not iron your DevilMan shirt. All shirts other than the slim fit are medium weight ringspun cotton with a comfortable traditional fit. The slim fit shirts are cut to fit somewhat closer to the body. Women’s shirts are slightly tapered and have some stretch.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

We generally ship using Fed Ex Ground, although orders being shipped to p.o. boxes or APO addresses will usually ship via USPS. Please allow two to three business days for order processing in addition to transit time once your order is placed with the carrier. In most cases, you should receive your order within a week to ten days. Rush shipping will generally be delivered within three business days after your order is received by the carrier.

 

How much is shipping?

Regular shipping is free on all orders. Rush shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.99 for orders up to $120 and $24.99 for orders over $120.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, no, we currently ship only to the USA and to US military addresses around the world. You are responsible for any customs duties or other taxes as these are not included in our shipping and handling charge.

 

Can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order, please email us at customerservice@devilwear.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we may be able to make the change for you. Please include your name, the order number, the email address used for the order and what you would like changed.

 

What if I want to return or exchange something?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we offer a full refund for unworn/unwashed items returned within 30 days, less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at mailto:customersupport@devilwear.com for information on arranging a return or exchange. Please note that stickers, tattoos and koozies can not be returned or exchanged.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We try to keep our inventory levels current on the website but occasionally we may have to backorder an item. Generally backordered items are back in stock within seven to ten days. If it will be longer than that, you will receive an email asking if you want to cancel your order. Also, be aware that some shirt designs may be limited editions or offered only seasonally and will not be available all the time.
